WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
– Right of Access
The right to obtain confirmation of what personal data is being processed and information about it, such as the purposes for which it is being processed, storage periods, etc.

The right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or to request that incomplete personal data be completed.

Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, in the form of suspension of processing or limitation of the scope of processing to certain categories of data or processing purposes, provided that there are no valid and, in particular, legal grounds for its retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or Courts).
– Right not to be Subject to Automated Decisions
The right not to be subject to decisions taken solely on the basis of data processing carried out by a computer program designed to assess certain characteristics of the data subject, provided that there are no valid and, in particular, legal grounds for their retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or the Courts).
